A CRM built around how your team sells

An opportunity pipeline, an agenda with reminders and a link to your ERP, your store and WhatsApp. Built for your process, with the source code and the data in your hands.

What a CRM with us includes

These are the pieces of the CRM we run in our own systems. We keep the ones you need and adapt the rest.

Opportunity pipeline

Opportunities move through stages on a drag-and-drop board, and each stage has its own win probability.

Weighted forecast

See the expected value of your open pipeline and a traffic light that warns which deals have no next step scheduled.

Sales teams

Teams by store or business unit. Each opportunity inherits its team and has an owner, with filters by team and salesperson.

Activities and agenda

Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails logged by type with due dates, plus an agenda that shows what is on your plate today.

Reasons for lost deals

A deal cannot be marked as lost without a reason, so you learn why you lose and not only how many.

Automatic intake

Abandoned web carts and new quotes enter the pipeline on their own, with a first follow-up already scheduled.

Reminders

A daily email to each owner with what is overdue, and a summary for the manager. You choose whether to turn it on.

Connected to your ERP

Opportunities link to customers, quotes and orders, with price lists and discounts per customer, so a sale closes without retyping data.

WhatsApp channel

A WhatsApp center with an advisor inbox and bots can live in the same system as your pipeline.

CRM we already run

Systems in our portfolio that include a CRM module.

Frequently asked questions about CRM

Should I build a custom CRM or buy an off-the-shelf one?

If your sales process is standard, an off-the-shelf CRM may be enough. A custom CRM makes sense when your process is specific, when you need it tied to your ERP, your store or WhatsApp, or when you do not want to pay per user. We tell you honestly which one fits.

Does it integrate with WhatsApp, my ERP and my store?

Yes, that is the usual reason to build it custom. In our own systems, opportunities link to the ERP customers, quotes and orders, abandoned web carts enter the pipeline by themselves, and a WhatsApp center with an advisor inbox can live in the same system. The exact integrations depend on the tools you use.

Can I migrate my current contacts?

Usually yes: we import your contacts and open opportunities from spreadsheets or your current CRM. We review the data with you first so you do not bring in duplicates or outdated records.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope: a pipeline with an agenda is much smaller than a CRM connected to an ERP and WhatsApp. We deliver in stages so you can start using the first part early, and we give you a timeline once we understand your process.

Who owns the data and the code?

You do. The source code and the database are yours, and they can run on your own infrastructure.
