Job One+ is an ecosystem for Latin America that brings together jobs, professional networking, training and commerce under a single account: the same profile is used to look for work, take courses, sell in a store and promote yourself with ads.
Technically it is a Laravel application with several subdomains sharing a session, WebSockets with Reverb, video interviews on a dedicated mediasoup server, artificial intelligence with OpenAI and Stripe billing.
It currently operates in Mexico and opens each country when its first job openings arrive.
