It is a complete platform to manage a fleet: it locates vehicles live, stores their routes, controls fuel with corporate cards and brings maintenance, insurance, fines and the trip log together in one system.
It has a web panel built with Next.js and a NestJS API with Prisma on MySQL. Tracking relies on Traccar with Teltonika GPS devices, and for fieldwork there are three Android apps built with Flutter: one for the driver, one for the dispatcher and one for administration.
The system replaced control in Excel spreadsheets and includes role-based access and evidence of what is captured in the field. It runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure, with files stored in S3.
